If you see a message that says “Disconnected", then it means that your website is disconnected from our service.
If you want to disable this mode, then please change your DNS records to point to our server again. Go to DNS Settings for Cloudbric in Overview, and you should be able to click on the site and see its DNS settings.
If you still can't disable this mode, then please submit a ticket through https://cloudbric.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
