No, the AWS IAM user information must be created in the equal amount of Web ACL to apply Cloudbric WMS.

AWS IAM users are limited to 1 call per second the AWS API that is used for Cloudbric WMS's Rule update.

To minimize automated Cloudbric WMS Rule update failure due to the calll limit of AWS API, each Web ACL must be designated with a different AWS IAM user access privilege information for the service application.
