Console>Settings>Overview>Bypass Mode
Other than your www domain, yes, it is possible to separately bypass your subdomains.
Your www domain will be bypassed if you bypass your main domain.
Go to the settings tab in your console for your subdomain, then activate Bypass Mode under Overview.
