The common underlying issue is that the website is not registered on Cloudbric. This can be caused by 3 reasons as below.
- The website owner did not follow the last step of registration properly, or changed it to an incorrect DNS setting/information. Please double check your DNS information at the Cloudbric Console.
- The website is not added to Cloudbric, but it is pointing to Cloudbric. When you add a website to Cloudbric, you need to change your DNS information to ours within 11 hours. If not, our system deletes it so the given DNS information will be deleted as well.
- The website is deleted from our system, but it is still pointing to Cloudbric (using Cloudbric’s DNS information). If you plan to delete the website while using Cloudflare, then please note that you must delete our DNS information at Cloudflare as well.
