I'm using CDN, and I've changed DNS information and now in the Protected status. However I cannot access the web server.

If you are using a firewall or some sort of access control feature, Cloudbric needs to whitelist IPs that want to access the origin web server. However if the same issue persists even after having whitelisted the IPs, please contact Cloudbric by submitting a ticket here.
